What is our Employee Assistance Programme?

Our commitment to mental health and wellbeing shines through in our employee benefits package, especially our Employee Assistance Programme (EAP). 

What is an Employee Assistance Programme?

Employee Assistance Programmes give teams a safe space to talk through any personal or professional challenges they might be facing. They provide a confidential service for team members that can include things such as counselling, financial advice, and more.

At Parkdean, our EAP is designed to support our people's mental and physical well-being. 

The programme provides unlimited 24/7 resources such as videos, 4-week programmes, counselling, live chats, and more on a diverse range of topics that you could need support with. 

Whether it's family, relationships, money worries, or health concerns, our programme provides the people of Parkdean with well-being support and counseling through a confidential third-party company and app. More on this below!

Health Assured

We’re partnered with a third-party company called Health Assured - we really know and value the importance of providing our Parkdeaners with proactive well-being support and confidential counseling. 

With Health Assured, the people of Parkdean can access the app ‘Wisdom’. This is your go-to app for all things well-being: think breathing techniques, health plans, and mini-health checks!

Our Mental Health First Aiders Programme

At Parkdean, we’ve run a number of Mental Health First Aid workshops in partnership with Let’s Go Wellbeing. 

Initiatives like this have introduced well-being Mental Health First Aiders to our parks and we’re over the moon that we now have one at every park! You can rest easy knowing your well-being is always a top priority.
