Recapping our recognition dinner

Back in November, we gathered at Vauxhall Holiday Park for a very special occasion: our Recognition Dinner. This wasn't just any celebration; it was a weekend dedicated to honoring team members who have reached incredible career milestones of 10 years all the way up to 40 years with us!

A weekend of celebration and belonging

The weekend was designed to reflect one of our core values: Belonging. We wanted our long-serving legends to feel exactly how much they mean to the Parkdean family.

The festivities kicked off on Friday night with the glamorous Recognition Dinner. It was a night of reflection and fun, featuring:

• Cocktail & Mocktail Making: Shaking things up with some friendly competition.
• Storytelling: Sharing our favorite memories from across the decades.
• VIP Meet-and-Greets: Giving our stars the red-carpet treatment they deserve. 

From awards to the 90s dancefloor

The celebrations didn't stop at dinner! We got to dive into some 90s nostalgia too (everyone loves some 90s nostalgia!) From singing along to Ace of Base and The Honeyz to hitting the dancefloor for 2Unlimited, the energy was electric. It was a weekend filled with laughter, music, and the kind of memories that last a lifetime.

More than just a "thank you"

While the party was a blast, we believe long-term dedication deserves lasting rewards. As a token of our appreciation for their years of hard work, our milestone achievers received:

• Vouchers to treat themselves.
• 5 additional days of annual leave, giving them more well-deserved time to spend with their own families.
