We’re calling them our Springboard Parks, and for a great reason. With a combined investment of nearly £9 million, these parks are being given a fresh makeover as the ultimate launchpad for our guests’ holidays and, more importantly, for your career!

The transformation

We are on a mission to make every holiday memorable, and that starts with high-quality facilities and a range of exciting things to do.

We’re proud to be introducing brand-new, high-energy activities that you won't find anywhere else. From immersive Bear Grylls escape rooms and state-of-the-art indoor mini-golf to the all-new Hat-Tricks sports bar, we are creating a vibrant, modern environment.

Your opportunity to grow with us

With new park facilities come new opportunities! We’ll be hiring for a variety of roles across both Springboard parks, including:

• Chefs: From plating up family favorites to managing a high-pressure kitchen.
• Bar & Waiting Staff: Be the face of our brand-new Hat-Tricks sports bar.
• Leisure & Activities: Lead the fun in our escape rooms, on the mini-golf course, in the swimming pool, and lots more!
• Accommodation roles: The backbone of our guest experience, ensuring our upgraded facilities and expanded pitches are sparkling.
