Cleaning up and stepping up

What began as an Accommodation Cleaner role quickly expanded, proving that at Parkdean Resorts, your hard work and enthusiasm never go unnoticed. Katrina’s commitment and positive attitude led to her taking on the Supervisor role within the Accommodation team.

Her dedication to helping the park succeed doesn't stop there. Katrina’s role is incredibly varied; she also supports the Holiday Home Sales and Touring Deep Cleans. 

She’s a fantastic example of the opportunities we offer for our team members to grow their skills, step into new responsibilities, and become multi-talented park stars

Speaking about her management and colleagues, Katrina sums it up perfectly, calling the team at Withernsea Sands "the best".

To summarise, when you join the Parkdean family, we’ve got a planned-out Team Induction Journey. It looks a bit like this:

• An initial welcome meeting with your Line Manager
• Attending your first day
• Continuing with your first month induction
• A final review of what you’ve learned with your Line Manager
