Hi, I’m Lauren!

With over 15 years’ experience in recruitment marketing and employer branding within an agency setting, I bring a wealth of knowledge and insight to supporting and strengthening Parkdean Resorts employer brand. Having partnered with organisations across both the public and private sectors, I’ve developed a broad perspective on attracting talent across a wide range of roles and industries. I now use that experience and expertise to help shape and elevate Parkdean Resorts’ employer brand.

I’m passionate about the power of employer brand and the real impact it can have on attracting and retaining great people. For me, it’s about truly bringing to life who we are as a company - our culture, our people, and our purpose - in a way that feels authentic, engaging, and consistent. I love collaborating with stakeholders to deliver meaningful attraction strategies and creative campaigns that strengthen our reputation and help Parkdean stand out in a competitive talent market. Outside of work, I’m a proud boy mum, and throw a labrador into the mix too! I’m happiest spending time with my family, planning my next holiday, or heading out for yummy food and drinks with friends.
