We are looking for a curious minded, data driven administrator to support in the effective management and capture of people data within Parkdean Resorts’ internal HR system.

Your day-to-day.
As People Systems Administrator, you will work closely with our internal People Support team to ensure confidence in our internal HR system and the people data that it holds. This means:
- Maintaining the accuracy and integrity of data, managing activities to identify and resolve data inaccuracies and inadequacies, putting in place preventative measures as necessary
- Working with the Data Protection Officer and others, to ensure that People Data information and its use within PDR complies fully with Data Privacy and Protection Guidelines
- Supporting the team to develop reports and dashboards to be accessed by a variety of users from across the PDR community using the Dayforce reporting suite and other reporting tools
- Supporting in various HR projects and assisting in the rollout of HR programmes
- Supporting with the people team’s business process mapping and reporting.
