In With The New!
This year, we are out with the old and in with the brand sparkling new! It's exciting news for the Parkdean Resorts' Trouper team as we've given our uniforms a dazzling makeover, swapping out the pink for fabulous purple blazers. The new iconic look has very recently made it's grand debut and the feedback has been amazing.
Purple is the new pink, and our troupe is ready to shine even brighter in the new vibrant and stylish fit. Get ready for a fresh wave of showbiz charm and charisma in our 2024 season - it's a fashion statement you won't want to miss!
Trouper Academy
As a newly recruited Trouper, you'll attend our famous Trouper Academy! Embark on an incredible journey of skill development, camaraderie, and preparation for the Parkdean Resorts' 2024 season. This training program offers a fantastic opportunity to not only master dance routines but also refine your vocal abilities and perfect the art of productions.
By the end of the academy, the new Troupers will have acquired essential performance skills and forged lifelong connections with fellow Troupers who share a passion for entertainment. The Trouper Academy really does set the stage for a remarkable season with Parkdean Resorts.
Starland Krew
The Starland Krew are Parkdean Resorts' very own mascots and you'll perform in our famous Starland Krew character shows as an animator (skin) or as a live host/actor/dancer.
Nickelodeon
If placed on one of our ‘Nickelodeon Weekender’ parks, you’ll have the opportunity to work alongside well-know characters such as SpongeBob Square Pants, or the iconic Paw Patrol; creating amazing memories with all things ‘Nick’!
Milkshake
Deliver the incredible Milkshake Mornings by hosting arts and crafts, singalongs and dancing, with live appearances and performances from the brands’ favourite characters.
Celebrity Weekender
You'll host and assist with our ever popular celebrity weekenders. Previous years have included the likes of Sophie Ellis-Bextor, Rob Beckett, Atomic Kitten, Lulu and much more!
Entertainment Manager
As an Entertainment Manager at Parkdean Resorts, you’ll lead our talented Trouper teams in everything they do on a designated park. From performance to PR, we look for people who lead from the front and mentor their teams to be our Managers of the future.
As a park Head Of Department, a good business mind and a drive to succeed is essential. If you have a passion for developing people and for creating amazing memories for both guests and team members, then this is the role for you!

Technician
Our all-singing, all-dancing and technically advanced ‘Showstopper’ parks each have a resident AV Technician, ensuring that our talented Troupers and Show Casts look and sound perfect on stage.
We look for highly-skilled all-round Technicians, who are confident in working solo on Sound & LX. Maintaining your equipment and supporting surrounding smaller parks also comes with the role; so if this sounds like something you’d enjoy, then get in touch!
