As part of the Security team at Parkdean Resorts, you are the proactive presence that allows our guests to create amazing memories. Whether you are patrolling our stunning locations or managing incident responses, your main focus is creating a safe, calm, and welcoming environment for everyone on park.
It’s a varied and responsible role where no two days are the same. You’ll be responsible for monitoring situations, responding to incidents with confidence, and maintaining detailed logs and reports. For our Managers, the role expands to planning resource levels, leading a dedicated team, and identifying potential risks to the park. Across all levels, you’ll work closely with other park teams and local authorities, acting as a vital guardian of the positive holiday vibes we are known for.

- Is a "people person" who can maintain a welcoming atmosphere while keeping others safe.
- Holds a valid SIA Door Supervisor licence and a full, clean driving licence.
- Is highly observant with a proactive approach to problem-solving and incident management.
- Takes pride in accuracy, from maintaining security logs to conducting unbiased investigations.
- Is committed to safeguarding and ensuring the welfare of children and vulnerable adults is always a priority.
- Thrives in a team environment, pitching in to help colleagues and inspire those around them.
