As part of the Maintenance team, you’re the person who makes great holidays happen behind the scenes. You’ll be responsible for everything from general repairs and plumbing to groundskeeping, landscaping, and siting holiday homes. Your attention to detail ensures our guests enjoy a seamless experience.
It’s an active, physical role where you’ll work across our beautiful parks in all weathers. Our Managers lead from the front, mentoring teams and overseeing budgets, while our Assistants master a wide range of practical skills. You’ll be part of a supportive team that pitches in together, whether you're changing gas bottles, managing fleet repairs, or responding to a guest’s request with a friendly smile.
