We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead, plan and deliver key IT initiatives that drive real business outcomes. You’ll own the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring they meet agreed cost, time and quality expectations, while proactively managing risks, issues and stakeholder relationships along the way.

What you will be doing...
- Supporting the creation of business cases and project budgets
- Building clear, robust project plans including assumptions, dependencies, success criteria and expected benefits
- Tracking progress against the plan and ensuring business outcomes are delivered
- Maintaining an accurate view of risks and issues, and driving actions to mitigate them
- Monitoring project financials and ensuring costs remain within approved budgets
- Identifying resource requirements and forming high-performing delivery teams
- Coordinating internal teams, third-party suppliers and vendors
- Delegating tasks effectively and tracking progress against individual deliverables
- Managing project scope and raising change requests when required
- Producing accurate project reports and taking action where delivery is at risk
- Escalating issues promptly and driving resolution
- Communicating clearly and frequently with stakeholders at all levels
- Ensuring change impacts are understood and supported through effective change management
- Working within established project governance frameworks and quality standards
- Championing Parkdean Resorts’ values across all interactions
- Celebrating team achievements and fostering an engaged, collaborative culture
- Ensuring thorough handover and project documentation
About you...
- 5+ years’ experience delivering IT projects in complex environments
- Resilience and the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Strong leadership experience delivering projects to time, cost and quality
- A logical, evidence-led approach to problem solving
- Experience with Waterfall, Agile and Hybrid project methodologies
- Excellent written, verbal and influencing skills—comfortable navigating tough conversations
- Strong stakeholder management and the ability to adapt communication style
- Proficiency in project tools including Microsoft Project, MS Office and common collaboration platforms
- A proactive, motivated approach with a determination to succeed
- Confidence presenting and reporting at all business levels
- Enthusiasm and passion for driving results
- Knowledge of IT principles, platform topologies and the software development lifecycle (desirable)
- Experience managing change from concept to delivery
