All sorts of skills make up the smooth running of our parks! If you’re keen to match yourself to the perfect maintenance role, we offer the following opportunities:

1. Maintenance Assistant

An ideal starting point for someone with a knack for DIY and a love for the outdoors. As an Assistant, you can enjoy variety every single day! You’ll be keeping our outdoor spaces safe and attractive. 

What will you be doing, we hear you ask? Well, you’ll be handling everything from tree pruning, hedge trimming, and landscaping to painting, fencing, changing gas bottles, and performing pitch tidies. 

2. Maintenance Operative

As an Operative, you take your practical skills to the next level! 

Using the "Park Smart" system, you’ll systematically tackle day-to-day maintenance tasks. You'll carry out vital repairs within the holiday homes themselves (including plumbing, carpentry, and basic electrical tasks), ensuring our guests step into accommodation that functions flawlessly.

3. Maintenance Gas

For those with specific statutory qualifications, specialised roles ensure our extensive fleets and park infrastructure remain fully compliant and safe. An incredibly important role, of course! 

4. Maintenance Manager

Are you an experienced leader who can inspire a team? 

Our Maintenance Managers lead from the front. In this role, you oversee the day-to-day maintenance of all park facilities, accommodation units, and grounds. 

You'll manage the maintenance budget (including labour, stock, and material procurement), liaise with external contractors, and foster a culture of accountability and safety while mentoring the next generation of maintenance professionals!
