In this varied and impactful role, you'll analyse financial and operational data, identify trends and opportunities, and provide reporting and insights that help shape decision-making across the business. You'll collaborate with stakeholders across multiple teams, ensuring data accuracy while contributing to finance transformation and process improvement initiatives.
What you will be doing...
- Producing accurate and timely financial and operational reporting, management information, and KPI analysis.
- Analysing data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and performance improvements.
- Extracting, validating, reconciling, and investigating data from multiple systems and sources.
- Presenting findings through clear analysis, reporting, and data visualisation, providing actionable recommendations.
- Supporting projects aligned to finance and wider business priorities.
- Helping improve reporting processes, controls, efficiencies, and ways of working across Finance Shared Services.
- Completing recurring reporting, reconciliations, and operational finance activities to agreed deadlines.
- Documenting processes and sharing knowledge to support team resilience and continuous improvement.
- Maintaining high standards of quality, professionalism, compliance, and customer service.
- Supporting a culture of continuous improvement and business transformation.
About you...
- Part-qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA, or qualified by experience.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Experience analysing large volumes of data and translating findings into business insight.
- Advanced Excel skills and confidence presenting data to stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise competing deadlines.
- Flexible and resilient, with the ability to deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
