What you will be doing:
- Supporting park teams to ensure loading targets are met, working collaboratively to ensure required numbers are delivered
- Accurately and effectively updating Owner Loading Schemes
- Providing regular insight to management to shape action plans
- Delivering monthly owner income information
- Providing direction to our Owners Team to support in ensuring the required volume of owners throughout the year to meet targets.
- Support on the creation of our Owner Letting Schemes specifications, agreements and T&C’s
Some of the skills and experience we are looking for:
- Revenue experience is desirable but not essential.
- Experience managing or leading projects.
- Understanding of capacity/product is desirable
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to understand, interpret and report large data sets
