Job description
Are you a confident communicator with a passion for customer experience and a drive to achieve results? Join us at Parkdean Resorts as an Ownership Enquiry Advisor, where you’ll play a key role in supporting future holiday home owners at the very start of their journey.
In this exciting, fast‑paced role, you’ll maximise enquiry-to-appointment conversion by building strong relationships with potential owners through a range of communication channels.
What you will be doing...
- Guiding prospective customers through the early stages of their ownership journey as part of a high‑performing team.
- Responding confidently and professionally to ownership queries across voice, live chat, and digital channels.
- Converting enquiries into high-quality sales appointments by identifying customer needs and offering tailored guidance.
- Owning your personal performance - achieving targets, meeting KPIs, and managing your pipeline effectively.
- Using strong fact‑finding and selling skills to match customers to their perfect Parkdean Resorts holiday park.
- Sharing new promotions with customers to create urgency and generate interest.
- Continuously developing your product knowledge to offer expert advice.
- Nurturing new and existing leads through planned outbound activity.
- Collaborating closely with our park sales teams to ensure a seamless customer handover.
- Sharing ideas, best practice, and innovations that support ongoing team growth and success.
- Attending park visits and events throughout the year to strengthen your knowledge and promote Parkdean Resorts.
About you...
- A proactive, results‑driven individual with a passion for exceptional customer service.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with excellent grammar.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and follow a structured sales process to maximise conversion.
- Proven resilience and adaptability across a variety of customer interactions.
- Confident multitasker, able to manage phone, live chat and digital conversations simultaneously.
- A positive, target‑focused approach - motivated to earn commission and achieve success.
- Previous contact centre experience (outbound desirable).
- Experience engaging customers through social media platforms (desirable).
- A track record of achieving sales targets and delivering outstanding results.
