Francesca Naylor
I joined Parkdean Resorts in November 2021 based at our beautiful Lizard Point Park and immediately fell in love with the buzz, energy and people that make Parkdean Resorts such an amazing place to work. In my role as Talent Partner for the South West, I recruit for permanent positions across all departments on our Devon and Cornwall parks; working in one of the most scenic parts of the UK with a fun, vibrant team whose top priority is creating memorable holidays for our guests.
With a background in recruitment and HR, my passion is delivering a great candidate experience and there is nothing more satisfying than finding amazing talent, placing incredible people in the right roles on our parks and watching them succeed. Our company ethos is all about making great things happen and that’s true for our people too. We understand our team are the heart of our business and it feels great to be part of a company with so many opportunities for training, development and progression.
When I’m not busy sourcing amazing candidates you’ll find me enjoying our beautiful Cornish beaches with my family and a car full of sand and a never ending supply of coffee!
