Top 5 tips when applying/interviewing with PDR

1. Your CV – make sure it’s clear and concise, going over your previous experience and skill set & linking that to why you’d be a great fit for the role and Parkdean Resorts. Don’t forget, a lot of our roles don’t require experience so make sure to get across why you’d be perfect for us if this is the case for you. 

2. Preparation is key! Before your interview make sure you do a little research, what does the role entail, a bit about the company background, who are you meeting, what questions do you have about working for Parkdean Resorts or the role?

3. Present yourself well, with a clean and tidy appearance

4. Be enthusiastic & showcase your experience and skills
