I’ve worked across various industries, but one thing they all have in common is the questions candidates have throughout the process; how can I guarantee my application gets me an interview? How can I ace my interview?  How can I stand out from other applicants?

Top 4 tips when applying or interviewing with Parkdean

1. Your CV 

Make sure it’s clear and concise. Review your previous experience and skill set and link that to why you’d be a great fit for the role and Parkdean Resorts. 

Remember, many of our roles don’t require experience, so make sure to explain why you’d be perfect for us!

2. Preparation is key! 

Before your interview make sure you do a little research, and consider the below info:

• What does the role entail?
• What is the company's background, when were they founded, and what’s their main mission statement?
• Who are you meeting with?
• What questions do you have about working for Parkdean or the role?
• How do your experience, skills, and interests match the job description?
• Have you researched hospitality interview questions so you know what to expect?
• What makes you a good fit for hospitality? 

3. Present yourself well, with a clean and tidy appearance

You don’t have to go all out with your interview attire, but just make sure you look presentable and smart for when the time comes to meet your potential future employer!
