Buckets of experience aren’t necessary to kick off your career in sales, and here at Parkdean Resorts, we offer a full end-to-end Holiday Home Sales training academy that will show you the ropes before you set about selling your first holiday home. Our number 1 priority is giving you the skills you need to succeed with us.

Careers do not stop there. Sales Advisors with us who are looking to take the next step in their journey can do so through our very own Sales Development Programme. A 6-month programme dedicated to providing our best Advisors with the skills and abilities required to lead a team and become a Sales Manager.
