About the Role

As a Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining our digital platform to optimise our sales processes and enhance customer experience. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyse business requirements related to sales processes and customer relationship management.
- Design, develop, and customise solutions to meet the specific needs of the sales team and business stakeholders.
- Implement and maintain applications, including configuration, customization, and integration with other systems.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for process automation and optimisation within the digital platform.
- Ensure data integrity and security within the platform by implementing best practices and security measures.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for users, resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest features, releases, and industry trends, and proactively suggest improvements to enhance system performance and user experience.
- Document technical specifications, system configurations, and customizations to ensure knowledge sharing and maintain system

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Developer, with a strong understanding of front end and back end platform capabilities and limitations.
- Experience of using specialised software to create a web content management system or CMS.
- Strong knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
