A foundation built on fun

Blythe spent five years in the heart of the action within the Activities & Leisure team. If you’ve ever visited Trecco Bay, you know it’s a place where memories are made through energy and engagement. For Blythe, the role was about more than just schedules; it was about people.

While she loved the day-to-day buzz of activities, Blythe began to wonder what the next step looked like. When the Guest Experience Manager role opened up, she realised she didn't need to leave her passion behind; she could transfer it to a new role!

The shift: from activity to oversight

Moving into Guest Experience allowed Blythe to apply everything she had learned to the entire park journey. 

While the roles look different on paper, the heart of the work remains the same: The Guest!

Activities & Leisure

• Planning and running daily activities (we’ve got some really exciting activities at our Springboard parks too!) and entertainment for all age groups
• Engaging with guests to ensure they had fun and felt welcome
• Supporting seasonal teams and coordinating schedules
• Gathering guest feedback to continuously improve experiences

Guest Experience

• Overseeing the overall guest journey across the park
• Ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction
• Leading, mentoring, and developing a team to deliver memorable experiences
• Implementing initiatives to improve guest feedback and loyalty
