Job description



Join our fantastic leisure team as an Activities Assistant for a career with a little more fun!

This is the opportunity to join the team at Cayton Bay offering a wide range of brilliant activities to our guests.


Experienced candidates are preferred, however training available for right candidates.


Recruiting at a great time with Halloween and Winter-wonderland breaks available at Cayton Bay for the rest of 2024!


 


We offer activities for everyone including;
High Ropes Course
Arts and Crafts based sessions
Sports sessions such as, Football, Archery and Hoverboards
Bungee Trampolines
Swimming Pool Sessions


No experience? No worries! If you’ve got pockets full of passion, positivity and Parkdean team spirit, we’ll teach you all the new skills you’ll need to succeed in your new role. Some activities require qualifications and 18+ candidates to run, training for these can impact on start dates/ shifts available until carried out.


Cross training into a fully qualified Lifeguard (NPLQ) available delivered by our team on park to right candidates.

Your day-to-day.



  • To support the daily operation of the Leisure and Activities departments

  • To follow standard policies and procedures to ensure guest safety and a great experience

  • To maximise activity opportunities, by up selling and having great product knowledge

  • You have a duty to take care of your own health and safety and that of your colleagues, guests, and visitors.

  • Safeguarding is everyone’s responsibility, and you also have a duty to report all concerns and co-operate with management to enable it to comply with its health and safety and safeguarding accountabilities.
