Your day-to-day.

Our managers are smooth operators and great role models, providing a seamless and memorable experience for our guests. This means:

• Recruiting, developing and motivating Head of Departments to maximise efficiency and customer experience
• Holding weekly hotel Head of Department meetings, 1 to 1 meetings and monthly Health and Safety meetings to ensure synergy throughout the full team
• Promoting a positive working environment and encourage development in line with the company people strategy to ensure our people are actively engaged
• Identifying and implementing strategies to maximize sales and to achieve agreed gross profit margins
• Managing agreed budgets for controllable expenses and wage costs alongside determining and implementing strategies to increase year on year sales
• Operating the hotel in line with the cost budget
• Ensuring accurate forecasting takes place for all controllable cost lines
• Actively implementing and managing excellent customer service standards.
