As Pool and Activities Supervisor, you’ll be right in the middle of the action where no two days are the same, be people focused, and ensure the team are ready to run the shift like clockwork!

Our pool team must hold a current NPLQ Lifeguard qualification.

Your day-to-day.

• To support the daily operation of the Leisure and Activities departments and lead and motivate your team
• To follow standard policies and procedures to ensure guest safety and a great experience when in or out of the pool
• To carry out additional training with the team to ensure high standards are maintained
• Supporting the department management team in driving the success of the department against all targets.
