What you will be doing...  
   

• Ensure both the front and back of house are consistently presented at their best, creating a great atmosphere for guests and a smooth environment for the team. 
• Make sure our offers and promotions hit at the right moments to keep customers excited and coming back for more. 
• Place orders to keep stock levels spot-on, ensuring we’re always prepared and maintaining strong profit margins. 
• Train and support the team, helping them master procedures and grow their skills to perform at their best. 
• Run team challenges and incentives to make upselling a part of the daily routine while keeping the energy high. 
• Work with the kitchen to ensure food presentation and portion control meet our standards, so every dish looks and tastes amazing.
