Pool & Activities Manager
Southview Holiday Park
Ready to jump into an amazing new career? Join us in a leading role as Pool and Activities Manager and create amazing memories at work. Our managers are smooth operators and great role models, providing a seamless and memorable experience for our guests.
Our Pool and Activities Managers must hold a current NPLQ Lifeguard and Pool Plant Operations qualification as well as ideally hold a RLSS or STA Trainer qualification.
The Role:
  • Ensuring the safety of customers and team members and security of equipment, chemicals, plant room and pools
  • Maintaining high standards of customer service and team member effectiveness through an excellent induction plan and ongoing training of team members
  • Ensuring that the sports & leisure
  • Ensuring the good working order of all pool and plant equipment and that all procedures are followed in line with the SPLASH manual
  • Planning, implementing, and monitoring winter close down and summer opening procedures
  • Ensuring that all Lifeguards are fully trained to the required legal standard
  • Observing all RLSS and STA requirements.
PDR is committed to Safeguarding and promoting the welfare of Children and Adults at Risk and expects all Team Members to share this commitment. Background checks including DBS (or equivalent) will be carried out.
