Recruiting for part time and potential for full time hours. Our regular season runs from February until mid-November. December hours are now available too for Winter Wonderland at Cayton Bay

Perfect roles available for weekends and holidays around study for those still in education, or full time work for those with fully flexible lives.

Our Lifeguards must hold a current NPLQ Lifeguard qualification. Qualified candidates are greatly welcomed. If you’re passionate about starting your lifeguard career with us, we can provide you the training and qualification required - this will impact start date but can be discussed.

Progression routes available for keen applicants such as cross training into out sports team or operating out on-accommodation Hottubs. relevant qualifications such as PPO included for excellent candidates.

The Role

• Ensure the safety of the public at all times
• Maintaining high standards in the facility with constant cleaning rotations
• Excellent in-water and land based first aid skills associated with NPLQ
• Undertaking continuous relevant training in relation to customer care, health & safety, pool plant & lifesaving skills
• Taking responsibility for cash and stock as required
• Not shy with assisting and supervising guests in the ancillary areas i.e., poolside, changing rooms, activity sessions
